Please use correct spelling, there are a lot of English mistakes in your post.
Do you speak about Hindi language hindi.xml?

If yes, then it’s maintaned by Rajendra Singh. Latest included update was done 3 months ago, see here .
A newer update was done in Pull Request #2823 here , and it’s ongoing currently to be released into release by Don.

              Hi!
I’m not author (I’m a translator), don’t send the language file to me.

Normally a GIT Pull request has to be made, when updating a language. However, in this case, it’s a new language, I actually don’t know what steps needs to be done.
I suggest to you to create a Github “Issue” here officially, so this will be officially documented. Please state there you want to create a new language file Sindhi in sindhi.xml, and ask help there.

A notice: first of all, please try to use correct spelling , because otherwise your requests cannot really taken serious. For example, program name is not “notepad plus”, but “Notepad++”! I hope you understand when someone doesn’t know the program name, cannot be judged seriously. Hope it helps.
