change.log always opens

Hi all,
I just installed Notepad++ on my new laptop, and like usual, change.log opens with the latest updates and features of the version I just installed. However, change.log opens whenever I lanuch Notepad++, even when I close it. So I’d launch Notepad++, close change.log, close Notepad++, relaunch Notepad++, and change.log will be opened again. Telling Notepad++ not reopen the previous session doesn’t work, reinstalling the program doesn’t work, not when wiping all personal settings either, switching between 32 and 64-bits versions doesn’t do anything either. I can’t find anything about this issue online, so I hope someone here can help me out.
If I change the name of the change.log file, I get an error message when launching Notepad++:
C:\Program doesn’t exist. Create it?Thanks in advance,
