Function List ignores some files

I like using Function List plugin but there are some files, classes which it can not handle.
I usually work with Joomla CMS and there is an e-commerce extension for that called VirtueMart.
This is a good example because it’s ‘VirtueMartModelCategory’ class doesn’t work but almost everything else does.

A class with problem:
