Find and Replace a very large text.

Hi. I have the following case: I need to delete a huge amount of text which is repeated over 911 lines is a description of a product. I assumed to use the find and replace feature but I can’t find how to do it. Thanks in advance! The text looks like that and I need it all gone:

You can replace SEVERAL LINES at a time.

Highlight the information.
Press Control+H
use a space for “Replace with:”

There is also a command under Edit,
“Line Operations”
which has the option “Remove Empty Lines”
that can clean up the lines made by replacing
ALL the text with one space.

Your technique works most of the time, but there are limits to how much text you can put into the “Find-what” box. As an example on the above text, it ALMOST but not quite will handle it all. For me, it will do the text from the start up until "All parcels will ".
