[New Plugin] Npp SQL Formatter available

Hi,
there is a new Npp Plug-In available for formatting SQL statements. As it is my first Npp plug-in I would appreciate any feedback.

Bravo! I will definitely be using this plugin. I’d like to reduce the number of line breaks though.
How much for the pro version so I can access those?

finally the Pro Version is available. It has 50+ formatting options available. It allows a preview while playing around with the options and it automatically saves the formatting options.
