      With this configuration works fine:

      Main notepad++ Folder:

      • libcurl.dll <------
      • allowAppDataPlugins.xml

      %AppData%\Notepad++ Folder:

      • libiconv-2.dll
      • libwinpthread-1.dll
      • libxml2-2.dll
      • libxslt-1.dll
      • zlib1.dll

      %AppData%\Notepad++\plugins Folder:

      • XMLTools.dll

      With this hand I get the error from Notepad++: “Impossible to start program because libcurl.dll was not found in the computer.”

      Main notepad++ Folder:

      • allowAppDataPlugins.xml

      %AppData%\Notepad++ Folder:

      • libcurl.dll <------
      • libiconv-2.dll
      • libwinpthread-1.dll
      • libxml2-2.dll
      • libxslt-1.dll
      • zlib1.dll

      %AppData%\Notepad++\plugins Folder:

      • XMLTools.dll

      Why libcurl.dll can not be located in %AppData%\Notepad++ folder along with the other files ?

        I assume this is a question you have to ask the developer of xml tools.

        Cheers
