    Multi-instance stopped working

      Hey there.

      I was used to using multiple instances of np++, after some months ago I set the options to “open session in new instance…”, and then was able either to start the exe a second time or dragging tabs out of the first instance.

      None of this works anymore. If I start the exe a second time, the open instance will focus, no new one opens.
      I have v7.3.3, build time : Mar 8 2017 - 03:37:37.
      What’s going on?

      EDIT: running this on Win7 SP1, 32bit, if that matters
