Font rendering in the windows 10 creator update

Not sure if this is a windows 10 issue or a notepad++ issue.
The number “2” looks off with the latest windows update.

This is definitely a Windows 10 Creators Update issue.
Got the same problem in Matlab 2014b. -
It is definitely an issue in windows 10 creators update since it affects PuTTy and PHPStorm as well. If anybody has a hint how to disable this awkward font rendering I would be very grateful.

Microsoft fiddled with the fonts – in the German support section, a Microsoft person suggested that someone opens a ticket in their FeedbackHub and they did. If enough people vote for that ticket, Microsoft will eventually look into this, so please vote this up: https://aka.ms/O4qeld.
