Troubles with open on Windows 10

Hello!

I can’t find any solution on forum and net, only to start Notepad with admin rights, so I’m decided to ask it. I reboot my PC very seldom because I’m using hybernation, but it don’t starting in normal mode after reboot and it’s impossible to open it and open files with it, so it’s needed to start it with admin rights, but in this mode Notepad active window can’t activate, I must do it manually by open it from the taskbar, it’s so unpleasant to make it every time( Switching admin rights in compatibility tab is solving this problem, so it’ll allow to forget about it, okay, why not, but the problem is that I have a message ShellExecute Failed (2): Is this command correct? “npp path” “file path” when opening files via it. I’m using Notepad++ all days, and it’s so sad to see this problem(

Could you provide ?->Debug info data please. Similar to mine:

Build time : Mar 8 2017 - 03:37:37
Path : C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\notepad++.exe
Admin mode : OFF
Local Conf mode : OFF
OS : Windows 10 (64-bit)
