Does it possible to make UDL code folding without closing keyword?

I just need simple folding for Org Mode syntax
segment starts with number of asterics and end with any another same or lower level

Such as:

• First Level
  any text
  ** Second level
  any text
  ** another second
  any text
  *** third level
  something
• another first level
  any text
  ** second
