    It would be grateful if Notepad++ could also support the ABC-Notation (e.g. Syntax Highlighting). ABC files are normal text files (Encoding: ANSI or UTF-8) with “.abc" instead of ".txt”.

      While you wait, you can use the Language->Define your language… dialog to create your own syntax highlighting.
