Help with recoveries

I need to know if there is a way to recover what was in opened unsaved tabs.

depending on how you installed notepad++ you do have either a
backup directory under INSTALL_DIRECTORY\notepad++
or under %APPDATA%\notepad++.Check if you find the files there, if you can’t find it they are most probably gone.
