Access to Plugin Central

I vaguely remember having access to edit Plugin Central on N++ wiki (http://docs.notepad-plus-plus.org/index.php/Plugin_Central) but now it seems I can’t log in to it and don’t see any link to register for editing. The problem is that information and links for some plugins including mine is outdated there and can confuse users. So can I get the access to it or could someone fix this info for me?

This has been a problem for over a year (issue #1396), and as far as I can tell, nothing has been updated on the wiki since 10/2014…
