XBrackets Lite v1.3.0 (32-bit and 64-bit) released!
-
XBrackets Lite has been updated to v1.3.0, adding the 64-bit version of the plugin!
For those who are new to XBrackets Lite, it allows “autocompletion” of an opening bracket character (such as ‘(’, ‘[’, ‘{’) with its corresponding closing bracket character (‘)’, ‘]’, ‘}’). Before this autocompletion, XBrackets additionally analyzes the next character after the bracket - to provide “smart” behavior such as not autocompleting a bracket when the next character is, for example, a letter (in such case it would not have much sense - e.g. “()abc”).
The usefulness of this feature (the brackets autocompletion) is up to each individual, and probably is more a question of subjective preference. (Personally I got used to this feature in the very first editor I was using, and since then I miss it when it’s not present.)Please download at https://sourceforge.net/projects/npp-plugins/files/XBrackets Lite/XBrackets Plugin v1.3.0/
