I KNOW that SOMEWHERE Notepad++ will let me store my own set of “code snippets”
one-liners that I want to insert in a piece of code

I can do it on other text-editors, but HOW to find the command, and WHAT to call it
is always different?

can anyone help?

That functionality isn’t native to Notepad++. However some plugins (e.g. FingerText) do it…
