      I have been using Notepad++ for several years and absolutely love it. I use it for html editing and for text files and data storage. I often compose letters and such in notepad++ before printing or formal formatting with MS Word. Generally I despise working with MS Word, but one thing I do miss is the spellchecking as you go. Word will underline in red your typos (I make so many) and will also autocorrect. Is there a plugin nowadays for N++ that does either of these options? I would also love a setting where spellcheck ignores anything inside HTML tags and only indicates typos or unknown words in general formatting. Any advice would be appreciated

        @Jake-Macklin

        current version comes with the DSpellCheck plugin installed.
        Check the manual to see if it can do what you need.

        Cheers
