Regular Expression, How to a delete Symbol

Got a problem.
Here is how it is.

football:
test
it

this is a volyball:
soccer
ball

Look above, the word football and volyball has this symbol :
I want to delete this symbol which is located two lines under ========= but not any other : which is located else where in the text because my text may have hundreds of them.

I need to change only 2 lines under =========

Please help.
