Can't download installer?

Have been unable after many attempts to download a single setup of Notepad++, either 32- or 64-bit – any version, true installer or zip. Get an error page which says:
Error 503 Backend fetch failed
Backend fetch failed

Varnish cache server
Any suggestions for alternative download sites? (Have used for years; just installing now on new PC.)
