Notepad++ Not Responding

As of today every time I attempt to launch NPP it just goes into a not responding state. I tried an uninstall/reinstall and this did not resolved the problem. Any help is hugely appreciated!!!
Win10/X64 version -
Hi, same problem here. The new version of Notepad++ (7.5.9) hangs many times, some times, when opening the program or opening a text file with it. This happens to this new version only, older version always worked perfectly. I’m using Windows 10.

Don’t observe this with Win10, 64bit, N++ 7.5.9 -
