changing all the same words in a selection to something else

Is there a way to do this
x+1
x+2
x+3
x+4If i highlight x+1 to x+4, can i quickly change them all to:
y-1
y-2
y-3
y-4Thank you

Why not?:
Find what zone:
x+
Replace with zone:y-
Search mode: Normal
In selection: ticked
Action: Press Repace All button -
