Making code list using notepad++

so i want to make a code list with format
ABCD##267AB**
where,
“#” is random alphabet (ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWZYZ)
&
“*” is random number (0123456789)
i know this can be dome using regex or smth but i dont remember exactly what to do.

Regexes don’t have a random number generator, so I don’t know how you would generate those with a regex.
It could be done with the PythonScript plugin, where you would write some python code to do the random selections for you.
