I never used this plugin but could it be that ctags.exe must be in the directory where notepad++.exe is?

Try putting ctags.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\plugins\SourceCookifier\SourceCookifier folder -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\plugins\SourceCookifier\SourceCookifier\ctags.exe .

I’m not sure but logically all SourceCookifier files except the SourceCookifier.dll should be where the ctags.exe is -
C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\plugins\SourceCookifier\SourceCookifier\

if you encounter any further problems with the SourceCookifier plugin and it’s folder structure:
(for example because it was already installed, prior to installing notepad++ 7.6.3)

go to your plugins folder.
move the SourceCookifier folder to your desktop.
(you can delete it later, if you don’t need any custom files from there)
important note: it is recommended not to remove any plugins using plugins admin, if they have not been installed by plugins admin.
(side note: you can distinguish some plugins, if they are not in the official plugins list, as they have the extension .dll in the plugins admin installed list)
install a fresh SourceCookifier 0.7.3 using plugins admin.

if SourceCookifier is installed using plugins admin, all plugin files should automatically be deployed to their correct locations of the respective notepad++ version.

The icons from the sub folder “icons” are not display in the Notepad++ itself.
