plugin toolbar icon shown as black square box

Hi
anyone facing the issue that the plugin new toolbar icon added not showing properly ?
its shown as a black square box instead of my icon picture.

i have the exact same develop plugin DLL working with the same npp version on one PC with win 10 enterprise while another PC with win7 enterprise having issue which shown as black square box icon.
not sure if the OS difference is the root cause though

i try both 32 bit and 64 bit NPP also showing the same issue.

i found a similar issue file on stackoverflow years ago, but no answer for that yet

just found out it only show up as black box when viewing through remote desktop, when i login to the pc physically, it show up fine as my icon.
