TakeNotes.dll no longer works

Since the last update to Notepad++ the TakeNotes plugin no longer works

Currently, I have Notepad++ 7.6.6 (32-bit) and TakeNotes_dll_1v20_x32.zip

The dll is in the plugins folder but does not show up in the Plugins Admin list or on the tool bar where is used to be.

please go to the notepad++ menu plugins > open plugins folder... to open your plugins folder in windows explorer.
create a new folder TakeNotes inside this plugin folder, and copy TakeNotes.dll (32 bit) into it.
restart notepad++ and the plugin will appear at the plugins menu.
