Emmet: Python Script Plugin not found

When I try to do the abreviation div.class, it appears.I’ve got PythonScript Plugin installed as PythonScriptPlugin.
App: Notepad+ + (32-bit)
System: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) -
please provide the debug-info from the ? menu (the last menu item).
