Everything I Paste is in Italics

I have tried changing the default to/from “Normal Text”, and it seems to work for a bit, then go back to being in italics, lol. This is so weird and only does it on one of my PCs. What did I mess up?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
