      I am a big believer in using the status bar, and manual keyboard shortcuts. A few of the things I miss most about my old editor was the status bar was almost perfect for my own personal preferences.

      I am wondering if there is a way we could get the status bar to reflect the status of both NUMLOCK and CAPSLOCK. It has INS, but for the life of me I cannot get to indicate the other two.

      Another minor annoyance is the positioning of the Current Data versus Overall data. By that I mean please allow repositioning of Ln, Col and Sel to the far LEFT of the status bar. I do not like to have line numbers on all the time and constantly use the status bar for navigation info etc, but having to scan the line to the RIGHT is a pain where if the info was in the far LEFT a glance is all one needs.

      Personally I would like to see order as follows:

      Current Ln, Col and Sel to the far LEFT
      Summary Lines then Length CENTERED
      Language, Code page data, then CAPS NUM INS indicators RIGHT ALIGNED

      Just my thoughts, many thanks for listening.

        @Tim-Davidge

        If you want your FR to be seen you should do it here.

        I guess I’d warn you that change doesn’t come easy for these types of things. Oodles of N++ users are used to things the way they are.

        status bar to reflect the status of both NUMLOCK and CAPSLOCK

        Can’t you look to your keyboard for that?
