Android version (even without interface modifications)

Hey guys,
I was wondering if it would be possible to make a port to android ?
Even without mofidying the interface.Because with coming Android Q (and already with DEX and EMUI) we can enjoy desktop mode with android when connecting a HDMI screen, a mouse and a keyboard.
The main missing things are good desktop-mode software for android…
Notepad++ is definitly a software that I would need in order to use my smartphone as a desktop coputer.

QuickEdit is a native Android app that already has:
Physical keyboard support, including key combinations.
There’s also an active XDA thread.
I suspect 1 will be easier than 2:
- Android app —> Android desktop
- Notepad++ —> Android
