Join columns of different files using notepad

Good evening friends, I hope you can, I need to join two columns, the first file is for example:

125:
dfghx:
and the other file:
shaunt
peacl1
franki
and I need to join them
abdd: shaunt
125: peacl1
dfghx: franki
the archives have the same number of lines (4000), I hope they help me

you are just given example it will work
