For something that simple, even if you don’t know regex, you could do a few simple search-and-replace… Search for a bunch of spaces, replace with single colon, replace all. Repeat with one fewer space until all done.

Or study npp-user-manual.org/docs/searching/, and find the simple regex \s+, replace with:, replace all.
