Where to find help?

This may be temporary, but I cannot access the online manual (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN). Is there any other help resource, preferably something to download for offline use? (I think I got my original question answered by a search in this forum, but this is certainly not the most convenient way to obtain information).
