UDL for fortune

I’m trying to define a custom language for fortune
The language is super simple:

Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrum exercitationem ullamco laboriosam, nisi ut aliquid ex ea commodi consequatur.

I tried using the character % as opener and closer but when collapsing, it will collapse all until the end of the file.

The language is super simple:

It might be a super-simple language; however, the UDL folding was set up to require two different sequences as the start and stop for folding. There is no easy way that I know of to accomplish what you want.

(It might be doable using one of the scripting plugins, but editing folding via scripting goes beyond my skillset.)
