Window rapidly opens and closes

Hello! I am having some problems relating to Notepad++.
Don’t know if it’s my laptop or what. This never happened until the recent few updates. Whenever I try to open it, the window repeatedly goes through minimizing, windowing, and maximizing itself. I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times with different (and the newest) version, but it won’t stop.
I do not know the specifics of my laptop, but it’s an HP Mini 210. Some of the keys are broken and don’t activate. It’s running Win7 Ultimate. If I need to, I’ll make a video showing this problem.

Sounds like you have bigger problems than Notepad++ acting flaky.
