No way to change editor's font?
-
I’ve been looking for a way to change the display font from Courier to something else, but I cannot find the option to do so anywhere in Notepad++ itself, nor does a search here on the word “font” find anything remotely related to it. I get the idea that I’m stuck with Courier (or whatever the font is).
So, can someone confirm that I’m stuck with the existing font, or give me the apparently top-secret method for changing fonts?

It’s not all that difficult to find:
Settings menu
Style Configurator…
then on the righthand top there is a groupbox called Font StyleI like the “Consolas” font. :)

Hello Mike and Scott,
To be exact, I would add :
-
Choose the menu option Settings - Style Configurator…
-
In the Style configurator dialog, choose the Global Styles language
-
Then , select the Default Style style
-
Finally, in the Font Style area, you can select your favourite font and/or its size, too
Best Regards,

P.S. :
Mike, prefer monospaced fonts to others => Each character will use the same physical place, on your screen :-)
