Spell Check not showing suggestions

Spell Check appears to be working (misspelled words marked with a red underline); however not showing suggestions/add to dictionary/ ignore options via right-click menu.
- Was working fine/ no issues until recently; confirmed that plugin: DSpellCheck is enabled/ no changes made.
