I don’t think there is a builtin way to let you do such stuff, but I might be wrong. The only way I see, currently, is to use a scripting plugin like
PythonScript, LuaScript, NppExec … -
Maybe we need Mark all in all open documents ?
Or maybe Select all matches in all open documents ?Maybe these are feature requests ?
Or maybe @Ekopalypse will develop some scripts?

Hmm … of course could be … and yes, this is a feature request but normally it takes a while before the get … rejected/accepted …
nevertheless, yes, those are FRs.Or maybe @Ekopalypse will develop some scripts?
… could be as well, but therefore I would need much more information
what exactly should be done. -

My “italics” specs seem fairly clear?
What is less clear is a user-interface to it.
Also, probably need Copy active selections in all documents
Hopefully the OP has a use-case in mind, for general usage it seems a little special-purpose (oxymoron intended). -
Yours fine but what does OP have in mind? :-)
Let me try to build something, will take some time (hours not days like with the theme stuff) and show you what I have in mind. -
OP’s “spec” seems fairly clear, unless some need was unstated?
show you what I have in mind
Eagerly awaited.
theme stuff
Did I miss the publication of the “theme stuff” ?
