Click extended in search mode
and use
\r\n
if you want to have windows eol
\n
if you want to have linux eol
\r
for MAC eol -

multi line find/replace would be nice but I assume this won’t happen anytime soon.

The ToolBucket plugin offers it, although this isn’t an endorsement as I really don’t use that feature myself! :-)

But this one of the things I would like to see in npp itself, currently
