Nested and hidden text notes

(Asking for nested/ hidden text similar to functionality avail for HTML or programming languages.)
My notes are getting way too long. I need to have access only to the notes that are currently relevant.
For my text notes, I want to have multiple levels and sublevels like this (replace … with tab):
Section 1
…Level 1
… … Note 1
… … Note 2
…Level 2
…Level 3
Section 2
Section 3
I want to control how much is actually shown.
Show only Section headers, or show Section 2 Level Headers, or show all Section 3, Level3 Notes -
