“data range filtering on column” in notepad++

Hi…I am facing an issue asked on many forums but not get any solution as per my need…the question is “data range filtering on column” in notepad++ as we easily do in excel… (is there any regex…can also solve my problem)my work format support .txt…like notpad, is there any option to set range filtering on column to find and edit the required data…waiting…my whole work stuck bcs of this option…thanks
