Changed format - code stopped working

Hi there, I had a saved html document which was working just fine until today. Part of the code has changed it’s format and now I can’t load the website correctly. I tried to create a new document, same thing happened, some parts of the code just change their format and won’t load. Would anybody be able to advise on this? Thank you very much.

If the code formatting has changed, this could be an indication that you
have changed something that has resulted in invalid code, which would
also explain why your html site no longer works.
But apart from that, npp is just an editor - it does not automatically
generate\modified html code.
The error is most likely in your code or in the setup of your web server.
