Error Build from Source Code

Hello everyone,
I’m running into a problem while trying to run npp from source code. The warning says “The file contains a character that cannot be represented in the current code page (950). Save the file in Unicode format to prevent data loss” with the file “NppCommands.cpp”. I’m not sure how to fix it. Please help! -
