Please fix Notepad++ not Highlight CSS codes in PHP files

Npp uses Scintilla as the underlying control for lexing the various languages and as mentioned in the link you provided, Scintilla does not have CSS built into the HTML lexer.
So there is less that Npp can do about it. -
