I’m working diligently in the tab, when suddenl;y the font changes. I HATE the new font and want to go back to the Global Default of Courier New 10 pt.

There seems to be NO WAY to return to the specified default.

      1. WHAT am I doing that changes the font?

      2. HOW can I return the tab to the desired font?

      Thank You,

      Olan

If this happens during typing, then I assume you are editing a
document that has a lexer assigned to it, such as python code,
xml file, json …, in which case use Settings->Style Configurator,
select the language (lexer), go through each style element and
        check its assigned font.

If this is not the case, then I would ask to clarify what exactly
you are doing so that one can try to replicate the situation.
