      Is Any Notepad++ plugin available to index files for faster results?

      I have a directory which has 12 lakhs txt files and want to lookup for a word every time

      Any idea?

        If I’m looking up “lahh” correctly, I am interpreting that as you having 12,00,000 text files, in one directory?! Yikes!

        Sorry, I am not sure that Notepad++ is the right tool for the job you are trying to do. It doesn’t cache search results, and would not efficiently search that many files.

        I think what you are really wanting is some sort of database lookup, or finding a search engine that you can run on your own machiens (or maybe server cluster, given the number of files).
