Macro about replacements from two Files in third File

I want to make a third file with Inputs from two other files
is that anyway possible ?File 1 :
<a href="
" target=“_blank”>
and some otherFile 2
blablabla.jpgFile 3
<a href=“blablabla.jpg” target=“_blank”>
and some otherMy opinion is, is the macro saved into a macro file as text why couldn`t we put the filename before some actions ?

Make it a feature request, but you might get a response, like if you need logic control/flow, use a scripting plugin instead.

For something like this a feature request would probably be a waste of time, but who knows, right?
It just doesn’t seem like something the devs would entertain. -
Yes, I personally would argue as I have, but who knows, maybe some developer will find this intriguing.
