There is nothing we in the Community forum can do to change it. You could try to put in an issue to request that the Developer remove that statement. However, it should be noted that the Developer uses Notepad++ to express his personal right to free speech, and he often responds to requests that he believes are attempts to limit his free speech by doubling down on whatever it is that is complained about.

I seem to recall this has been pointed out before; not sure if it was in a community posting here, or someone actually made a github issue out of it.

There was a recent post here, and it actually linked to times when the phrase was removed then re-installed. According to the comments in those commit messages, there were complaints whichever direction he changed the quotes.
