        @Carl-Sarelius

        There is a plugin called XML Tools which has a function called
        XSL Transformation. Not sure if this is what you are looking for.

          Thanks Ekopalypse for the advice. I’ve got the plugin and now I’m looking to see if it will do what I want. If not, I might have to look at an IDE like Oxygen, XMLSpy or something like that.
          Thanks and cheers.

            I was able to use ther xml tools plug in for notepadd ++. I renamed my xslt to xsl. I opened my xml file that I want to transform. I selected the plugin menu. Then selected xml tools - xsl transformation. In the child window that appears, I select my renamed xsl file.
