Display Menubar when hidden

I ticked hide menu bar and now I cannot get it back.

Alt or F10 keys will return it. Pity you didn’t read the rest of that option which stated the same as Alt or F10 key to toggle. Once back you need to enter the preferences again and remove the tick in that option.
