Could you give an example of a few lines? I think it’s possible with a regular expression, however what is the character that separates the words, a space, comma, something else. Examples are like a picture, they speak a thousand words.
Read the post in the FAQ section (FAQ Desk: Formatting Forum Posts) about how to insert examples into posts correctly.

Well that was helpful. I can see the numbers contain a decimal point and the comma is the “delimiter”.
So another question, you say 1-999 in the first 3 numbers. Since your example shows some lines with the first number like that but no others (in the first 3), do you mean as long as JUST 1 in the first 3 is between 1-999 or do ALL 3 need to be 1-999. And since there are decimal numbers involved, do you really mean 1-999.999999999, so in essence as long as not 1000 or more?

Yes your correct, I only need numbers 1000 and up.

You’re a person of very few words aren’t you?
There were 2 questions and whilst you answered the 2nd, so anything below 1000, meaning a number like 999.999 would be counted, you missed the first question. So all 3 below 1000 to have row removed, or any one of the first 3 below 1000 to have row removed?
Remember we are willing to help, but you need to be able to provide the information. Having to go back and forth asking questions isn’t ideal and perhaps you should consider that if you need help in the future. As much information you can supply the easier it all works out in the end.

About time @PeterJones ;-)))). I was looking for a suitable FAQ post to link here thinking we already had it. Then I was looking for one your reply posts so I could plagiarise your nice bit of “bottom text”.
Cheers
