Syncing of my notes among different computers

I wanted to know if there is any way of syncing my notes between my different computers as I’ve to switch between two/three computers and I want to continue editing/making my notes from where I left them on a different computer.
So, please let me know if there is any way to do so. -
Only if your notes are on a network drive that is accessible from all computers in use.

@ekopalypse For that, I have to keep one of my PC on an entire day which is not possible.
I wanted to know if there is any plugin or something using which I can sync my notes over the cloud.
Something of that sort. -
Nothing stops you from using a cloud service( = network drive) to save your notes as long as every computer has access to it.
